Sale/Final Sale/Clearance Items

All sale/final sale/clearance items are sold as is with no returns.  Given the nature of the sale, the product is either discontinued by the manufacturer or no longer being carried by Fluff Envy.  Therefore replacements and/or warranty claims cannot be made through Fluff Envy.  Sale prices do not apply to prior purchases - we cannot apply any sale prices to previous orders.

Please note that some products may have missing or broken packaging but all products are NEW unless otherwise noted.  Additionally some products may vary slightly from product descriptions as they are an older or newer version than what is listed online.  If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us PRIOR to ordering.  

Shipping Rates and Policies

We offer flat rate shipping within the United States.  Our shipping typically takes 2-10 business days via the USPS.  We also offer US Mail Priority Shipping which takes approximately 2-4 business days for shipment to arrive. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed service.  Rates for Priority shipping are based on package weight and will be calculated at checkout.  Our processing time is usually 1-2 business days and is in addition to the times provided above.  We ship the most economical shipping method when free shipping is chosen.  If you have more than one order, we will combine shipping into one package.

**Please note - we are NOT responsible for packages delivered with an incorrect address.  If an item is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for shipping charges to re-ship the item.  Thank you for your understanding.

If you would like your order shipped insured mail we recommend purchasing package insurance (available in the checkout). If you purchase insurance we do guarantee delivery and a replacement package will be sent out after 30 days of original ship date. If you do not purchase insurance we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our facility.  We ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

To be able to offer reasonable prices we often use "recycled" shipping products.

FBO/APO Addresses

Yes! We do ship to FBO/APO addresses!  Please choose the appropriate "Armed Forces" in the state drop down menu.  Thank you!

International Shipping
We are proud to say that we now ship internationally!  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  Please note that shipping times internationally can vary quite a bit, so no estimate will be given.  All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In the event that a claim needs to be filed for a lost package, Fluff Envy will initiate the dispute with the shipping carrier.  Once the dispute is resolved, if a refund is received from the shipping carrier, Fluff Envy will give you the option to have your order completely refunded OR a replacement package sent out.  Please note that claims can only be filed if insurance is purchased at checkout.

Freight Forwarding Addresses

We apologize but we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.  Due to the high instance of fraudulent charges related to these such addresses, we will cancel and refund any orders that use one.

Returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses and/or lack of signing for the package will be at the customer’s expense unless Fluff Envy made the error.

Priority Shipping - Rates for Priority shipping are based on package weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Preorders/Early Releases

From time to time we will offer the opportunity to preorder items that are not immediately available for shipping.  Please note that all dates given will be estimates for shipping times, as they have not yet been received from the manufacturer.  We will do our best to keep you up to date with the most up to date information on production and/or shipping.  Additionally, if you preorder items, all items on that order will ship at the same time.  If you would like any items shipped immediately, please enter a separate order for those items.

We will also occasionally offer early releases before they are released to the general public (as per the manufacturer guidelines).  These items are offered as FINAL SALE and we will not accept returns on these items.

Special orders

When possible we will offer the opportunity to special order items that are not regularly stocked.  A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering.  We will do our best to keep you up to date with the most up to date information on production and/or shipping.  When the item is received the balance of the order, plus any applicable shipping, will be charged.  Once payment is received, we will ship the item.  All sales of special order items are FINAL.  If you choose to return the product the 20% deposit will be deducted from your refund.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fluff Envy Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fluff Envy Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card/PayPal charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fluff Envy Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy

Changing an Order

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to make any necessary changes.  We may ask you to re-enter your order and we will void the previous order.  Please note that a $2 processing fee will be added to your order for changes.

Canceling an Order
Unfortunately once an order has been submitted it cannot be canceled as we ship same day in most cases. If you would like to cancel BEFORE your order has shipped, there will be a 6% restocking/processing fee to cover the costs of payment and refund processing.  If you would like to cancel a preorder, there will be a 15% cancellation/restocking fee, as those item(s) were ordered specifically for your order and have been held for you.  Thank you for your understanding.

  • Refusing a package is not a valid method to return your purchase.  This method will result in a 25% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.  We recommend insuring your package and/or having delivery confirmation.  We are not responsible for items damaged in shipment or not received by us. 
  • Items such as 'Gently Used' diapers, clearance items or other items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

***If you receive a free promotion item or use a coupon code and return part of the order that qualified you for the promotion/coupon code, the value of the promotion or free item will be deducted from your return.***

Please Note:  All defective merchandise is handled directly through the manufacturer for safety and quality control purposes.  If you received a defective product please visit the warranty info page to look up the manufacturer's contact information.

Shipping/Orders Errors

While we try our best not to have any errors, mistakes do happen.  If an incorrect item was sent to you or there are any issues with what you received, you have 14 days to contact us and we will correct the mistake to no cost to you.  Thank you!

Any returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All of your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit card number -- is encrypted for maximum security. We further pledge never to sell this information to others.
