 1. Refer a new customer to Fluff Envy. It has to be their first order on this site - they can't be an existing customer or have an existing customer's address. Multiple "new" accounts to the same name/address will void any credits that you have earned.
2. When your referral places their first order, have them check referral during checkout AND put your full name and email address in the referred by box. If they do not put your information in at checkout, then you will not receive credit for the referral. You cannot contact us after the order has been placed to receive referral credit - it MUST be at the time of the order.
3. You will receive referral credit for 5% of their first order (excluding discounts, tax and shipping charges). Gift certificates are excluded from the referral program. I will email you once the order is finalized.
Please note that referral credit is NOT transferable. If it is transferred to someone else, both parties will lose any earned credit. Thank you for your understanding. **Both parties must be 18 or older to participate in the program**
