The pikkolo may be worn on the front facing in or out, on your hip, or on your back. The instructions show you how to do these carrying positions. If you are new to babywearing, we recommend you practice at home, when your baby is rested and content. Have another person help you at first if you do not feel comfortable. Once you place your child in the carrier, get moving. Walk around, even if you are just inside the house. Babies prefer motion to standing still, although once they are accustomed to the carrier, they may be content to be held more still.

	LOVE this carrier
	I've had my Pikkolo for over 2 years now, and it's my most comfortable, versatile carrier. Originally purchased for our newborn daughter, she's now 2 years old and 33 pounds, but still fits comfortably in the carrier. I love how the buckles make it easy to get on and off without the help of another adult, and the padded straps make this comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. I've tried a lot of carriers, but this one is definitely my favorite!
